Using Hokkaido rich and fresh cheese and milk,artisanally made in Hokkaido factory by craftsman,sent directly from Hokkaido straight to worldwide shop,baked one by one carefully in shop. Now our cheese tarts are so popular that sell one piece per second worldwide.

The secrets of our crispy tart crust are the original blend flour and "double-bake" baking method. Crusts are pre-baked before adding the cheese mousse filling to give it a crispier texture.
